Export & SAP & Security Exhibit

You can export the answers as a CSV file and generate the template configured in Settings (See Template Article)

This can be used to produce documents such as an SAP or a Security Annex that you can include in your contract with the vendor.

Export to csv

The security officer can export the questionnaire in csv with:

• 1 line = 1 question

• name with questionnaire_name_vendor_name_timestamp

• with columns as defined in these templates

• If multiple input, Answers will be separated by ;

• If the CSV is downloaded when the questionnaire status is pending, it’s not an issue — the file will simply be mostly empty.
