Vendor Request Form
The Vendor Request Form is a streamlined way to onboard new vendors, designed to be shared with Procurement or business teams.
What is the Vendor Request Form?
The Vendor Request Form is a private link that can be shared with anyone in your organization (e.g., Procurement teams, Business Team) to submit new vendor requests. It provides a guided, 3-step process to add a vendor with all necessary information.
Before Sharing the link, make sure that the person has the limited role (at least).
The main benefit is that most of the initial completion can be completed by the person who knows the vendor best.

How it works
Step 1: Select Vendor
Search for the vendor by name or domain.
Enter the vendor's domain/URL (mandatory -- Galink uses this to identify vendors uniquely).
Step 2: Add Information
Fill in vendor details such as:
Vendor name
Description
Business Owner
Security Owner
Any relevant custom properties
Step 3: Tier
Complete the tiering questionnaire to classify the vendor's risk level.
The form asks three questions or your custom tiering form
The tier is automatically calculated based on the answers but the user don't see the result
After submission
Once the form is submitted:
The vendor is created with all provided information.
The calculated tier is assigned.
The Security Owner receives a notification.
The vendor appears in the Vendors tab and is ready for further assessment.
