Launch a Galink Assessment
This guide explains how to request and launch a Galink Assessment for a vendor.
How to launch
Navigate to the vendor's profile.
Go to the Resources tab.
Click Request Resource and select Galink Assessment.
The assessment request is submitted to the Galink analyst team.
What happens next
Once a Galink Assessment is launched:
Analyst assignment -- A Galink security analyst is assigned to conduct the assessment.
Vendor engagement -- The analyst sends questionnaires and requests documentation from the vendor through the platform.
Analysis -- The analyst reviews all submitted materials, evaluates the vendor's security posture, and documents findings.
Scoring -- The analyst assigns scores based on the vendor's responses and evidence.
Delivery -- The completed assessment is delivered to your platform, including scores, comments, and findings.
After completion
Once the Galink Assessment is delivered:
Review the scorecard and analyst comments on the vendor profile.
Review flagged findings and their severity levels.
Proceed to complete the vendor's assessment using the Galink Assessment results as input.
