SSO & Authentication
Galink supports multiple authentication methods to secure access to the platform.
SSO setup tutorial — quick and easy with Entra ID or Google Workspace.
Authentication methods
Magic Link (default)
The default authentication method. Users receive a one-time login link via email:
Enter your email address on the login page.
Receive a magic link in your inbox.
Click the link to authenticate and access the platform.
You can deactivate this method once your SSO configuration is set up.
SSO (Single Sign-On)
For our client, we recommend to require SSO:
Configure your identity provider to integrate with Galink.
Users authenticate through your organization's SSO provider.
Simplifies access management and enforces corporate security policies.
Session management
Auto logout -- Sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Users must re-authenticate after session expiration.
Security considerations
Magic links are single-use and time-limited.
SSO leverages your organization's existing identity provider security controls.
All authentication events are logged for audit purposes.
