Galink integrates with third-party tools to extend functionality and streamline your vendor risk management workflow.
Available integrations
Jira
Connect Galink to Jira to create follow-up tasks directly from findings.
Setup:
An admin connects Galink to Jira from the integration settings.
A new Task property appears on findings.
Features:
When adding a finding, you can create a follow-up task in Jira.
Choose between Service Request or Task type.
Bidirectional sync: Status changes in Jira reflect in Galink and vice versa.
Vanta
Connect Galink to Vanta to display vendors on the Vanta Trust Center.
Setup:
Requires a
client_idandclient_secretfrom a Vanta "Manage Vanta" app.
Features:
When connected, a custom property Trust Center = Visible / Not Visible is added to vendors.
Vendors marked as "Visible" appear as subprocessors in the Vanta Trust Center.
Entra ID
Galink offers multiple Entra ID integrations:
Entra ID -- Applications (Shadow IT)
Import enterprise applications from your Entra ID tenant.
Detected applications appear in the Discovery tab for review.
Generates a report with all applications found.

Entra ID -- Employees
Use this tutoriel
Sync employee data from Entra ID.
When active, the Entra ID Vendors integration is automatically filtered based on the selected employee group.
Google Workspace
Import applications from Google Workspace for Shadow IT detection.
Detected applications appear in the Discovery tab.
Requires separate authorization for the Google Workspace integration.
Score configuration
A dedicated Score tab is available in Settings to configure scoring parameters for your assessments and questionnaires.
